Brief DescriptionPSB 1115 is an A2B receptor antagonist and can counteract the inhibitory effect of NECA.
-
DescriptionPSB 1115 is an A2B receptor antagonist and can counteract the inhibitory effect of NECA.(In Vitro):PSB 1115 reversed the decrease in plasma insulin induced by NECA.(In Vivo):The effect of PSB 1115 was obvious in diabetic GotoKakizaki rats: plasma insulin was increased whereas blood glucose was unchanged. The adenosine levels were not different in normal Wistar rats and in diabetic GotoKakzaki rats.
